ASO Group
SIPRO Siderprodukte AG has entertained a close cooperation with ASO since 1981 and sells ingots exclusively in
Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Benelux countries, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, Romania
and forged bars exclusively in Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Benelux countries, Denmark, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia and Romania.
The plant of ASO in Ospitaletto has a capacity of approx. 160,000 (metric) tons per year. Since the beginning of 2011 the ASO Group has took over the steelplant of SPS, which is producing stainless ingots and stainless forged bars. Also this products are selled exlusively by the SIPRO Siderprodukte AG.

Duferdofin
SIPRO Siderprodukte AG has entertained a close cooperation with the Italian company Duferdofin (Duferco Group) since March 2006 and sells wide-flanged beams as well as sectional steel exclusively for the Swiss and Austrian market.
Wide-flanged beams and sectional steel of Duferdofin SpA are produced in the rolling mills Giammoro (Sicily) and Pallanzeno (Verbana). Both rolling mills are supplied by the steel plant Duferdofin San Zeno Brescia with semi-finished material and produce together approximately 800,000 (metric) tons of rolled products per year.

Feralpi Group - Concrete steel
Since February 2007, there has been a close cooperation between the Italian Feralpi Group and SIPRO Siderprodukte AG.
SIPRO Siderprodukte AG sells the products of Feralpi SpA (I-Lonato) exclusively to selected customers in Switzerland. The Feralpi Group from Lonato (Brescia) is one of the leading European manufacturers of concrete steel and wire processing with an annual production quantity of approximately 4.5 million (metric) tons. The production locations are spread over several European countries, as for example Italy, Germany, Czech Republic, Hungary and Romania.

Lucchini
The private Italian LUCCHINI Group, which was taken over by the Russian Severstal Group in 2005, belongs to the leaders of long-products manufacturers of high-grade and special steel worldwide. The annual steel production is approximately 4 million (metric) tons with production sites in Italy and France.
LUCCHINI Siderprodukte AG is a sales company for continuous cast material and wire rods produced by LUCCHINI in the countries Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Denmark and the Benelux countries.
For the French group ASCOMETAL, which is 100 % integrated into the LUCCHINI Group, LUCCHINI Siderprodukte AG has exclusive distribution rights for Switzerland and Austria.

NLMK Verona SpA, I-Verona
SIPRO Siderprodukte AG has entertained a co-operation with Verona Steel (Duferco Group) since November 2008 for the sales of plates and tool steels for the Swiss market. Since the 1st of December 2011 there is also a co-operation for the sales of tool steels for selected customers in Germany, Austria, Holand and Poland.
The plant in Verona has a capacity of approx. 400,000 (metric) tons per year.
